We also offer professional move in cleaning services to ensure you walk into a clean and healthy environment when moving to a new place.

Bathrooms:

• Cleaning and descaling of taps, shower/bathtub, toilet and tiles

• Dust and wipe all surfaces, like towel rail and vents

• Remove mould from grouting and silicone sealing, if possible

• External & Internal cleaning of bathroom cabinets

Kitchen:

• Cleaning and descaling of sink & tap

• External & Internal cleaning of kitchen cabinets

• External & Internal cleaning of all appliances (Fridge, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Kettle, Tumble Dryer, etc.)

• External & Internal cleaning of the freezer, including defrosting

• Cleaning and degreasing of hob and extraction

• Degreasing of surfaces

Bedrooms and Common Areas:

• Cleaning beds base and mattresses

• Hoovering of soft furnishings, upholstery and under furniture Dust and wipe all reachable surfaces

 

All Areas:

• Clean doors, door handles, frames, thresholds

• Clean countertops, sockets, switches, pictures, mirrors, lights & fittings Cleaning of radiators

• Remove cobwebs

• Cleaning of staircase and handrail.

• Cleaning inside of windows, frames, sills and curtain rails.

• Clean all cabinets/wardrobes inside and outside, including drawers and shelves Hoover & mop the floor and skirting boards

• Cleaning of bins and taking out rubbish & recyclables

 

The Housekeepers will provide the necessary Cleaning Products & Tools for the End of Tenancy Cleaning Service to ensure that the most suitable products and equipment are used.

Wall spot cleaning with Magic Eraser: Please keep in mind that some spots on walls are actually considered as the damage that can only be fixed by a painter.

 

Mattress / Upholstery Deep Cleaning: Usage of deep cleaning equipment to remove common household stains.

 

Sanitisation: This is an additional service to ensure the safety of the next tenants. If you are concerned about viral infection, then our Housekeepers will focus on the most highly touched areas to sanitise them with special detergents to ensure there is no risk of contamination.

 

Handyman: The maintenance and repairs tasks our Handyman can handle include repairs, indoor furniture assembles, leaks fixing, painting, refurbishment, etc.

Steps to get ready

1. For best results, we kindly ask that you have empty the property of personal belongings for the Housekeeper to spark clean the flat/house

2. The Housekeepers will carry out a personalised cleaning service and you are welcome to discuss any cleaning needs and requirements.

3. The Housekeepers will report with pictures or videos anything they encounter damaged in the flat/house

4. Enjoy your service! You will be asked to rate the Housekeepers after the appointment and reebok them for another time, should you wish to.
