Our cleaning service fees vary depending on the type of cleaning your home needs.
Standard Cleaning:
Also known as regular cleaning , involves routine cleaning tasks to keep your home in good condition on a recurring basis. This service it’s ideal for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in your home on a daily, weekly or fortnightly basis.
Our hourly rate is £20 + VAT* with a minimum of 3 hours of service.

One Off Cleaning:
This service targets areas and spaces that may not receive regular attention during standard cleaning sessions. It’s recommended for homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned in a while or before special occasions.
Our hourly rate is £25 + VAT* with a minimum of 3 hours of service.

​* Please note that our residential cleaning rates do not include cleaning chemicals, equipment, tools, or transportation costs. Additionally, if the client's location requires the Housekeeper to incur extra travel expenses, such as tickets outside the regular underground/bus routes, these costs will be charged to the client.
* We give the option to bring only the cleaning chemicals at £10 + VAT or organic cleaning chemicals at £14 + VAT. Please be aware that these products will not be left at your property, and they must be requested with each booking, incurring an additional charge per session.​

​We also offer home Laundry & Ironing Services, Cabinet & Closet organisation, Pet sitting, carpet cleaning and end-of-tenancy cleaning in any region of London.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your cleaning services until 12pm the day before without penalties. For cancellations after 12pm the day before the booking is scheduled, or if our Housekeeper is unable to gain access to your home, the cleaning service is non-refundable.
